What is Aposave?

Where is Aposave located?

Our global HQ is in central London and our Asian regional office is located in Hong Kong.

What kind of products does Aposave provide?

Although our focus is on newly-registered medicines and orphan drugs, Aposave has access to well over 13.000 prescription medicines.

Where are your products sourced from?

Our medicines are sourced from licensed suppliers located around the European Union and North America.

I am looking for a medicine that is currently not on your product list. What do I do?

Can I import a medicine that is already approved/licensed in my country?

Every country has different regulatory guidelines. Please send a mail to info@aposave.com if you’d like to learn more about your country’s regulatory allowances for licensed products.

Shipping/Transport

What transport/shipping providers does Aposave use?

Our primary transportation provider is DHL Express.

How long does it take to receive my order from the time of purchase?

Prior to payment for your order, an Aposave representative will present the leadtime requirement for your medicines.

How can I track my order?

For items shipped with DHL Express, a tracking number will be provided on your invoice. You will be able to track your shipment here.

How much are the shipping charges for my order?

Depending on factors such as temperature requirement, volumetric weight and destination, the shipping cost can vary. The shipping charges are provided to the client prior to the order approval – it is up to the client to either accept Aposave’s shipping arrangements or to arrange their own transport provider to make a collection at one of our global warehouses.

What licensing does Aposave have to handle medicines?

In the UK and EU, we maintain a WDL from the MHRA with a GDP certificate. In Hong Kong, we maintain a WDL from the DoH with a GDP certificate.

How many certificates can Aposave provide for each product?

It varies on a product-by-product basis.

What kind of documentation do I need to import a medicine as a healthcare professional?

Do I need a prescription from my doctor?

If the medicines are being sent directly to you as a patient, the short answer is “yes.” If it is your doctor who is ordering the medicines on your behalf under a Named Patient Programme, we will not need a prescription in order to be fulfilling their order.
